  • Detailed Requirement
  • Validating, Implementing, and documenting new application configuration
  • Reviewing Implantations for standardization
  • Automating repeatable tasks \ Scripting
  • Execute admin level changes to support development teams
  • Endpoint and configuration mapping\documentation
  • Scaling based on data collected from forecasting
  • User Management\Support
  • Identify Root Cause Analysis
  • Identify key logs and apply filters to categorize and analyze syslog data
  • Validate service calls are meeting SLAs
  • Report on service call volumes
  • Identify latency issues
  • Identify and categorize errors
  • Write monitoring checks and dashboard
  • Troubleshoot alerts and issues or provide sufficient information for other teams to resolve
  • Performance and usage reporting
  • Proactively address concerns from alerts
  • Work with Dev, QA and Performance teams to supply sufficient logging for needs
  • Application Load Testing for cloud native applications
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change
  • Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication
  • Experience Managing:
  • Linux administration (Redhat, Ubuntu)
  • Scripting (PowerShell, Shell)
  • Application Database support (Ability to support applications with underlying database connectivity requirements, i. e. Oracle MS-SQL)
  • Cloud application platforms (Cloud Foundry, Docker)
  • Monitoring and Alerting on critical components (SolarWinds, AppDynamics, DynaTrace)

    Don't Be Fooled

    The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
